Customs Projects
Turkey became a party to the TIR Convention, which was created in order to facilitate the international transportation of goods by road, in 1966, and since the same date, TOBB has undertaken the task of issuing TIR Carnets as a "guarantor institution". ATA Carnets, on the other hand, are the name given to the customs documents that allow the temporary import and export of goods between the parties, without the need for any other document, within the scope of the International Temporary Import Agreement and its Annexes.
International transport companies are required to have these documents. In order for them to receive these documents, the process, which starts with their application to the chamber of commerce they are affiliated with, must be approved by the Ministry of Commerce at the final stage. In this process, it is necessary to contact many institutions and ministries, as well as many national and international institutions and organizations, starting from the chambers of commerce they are affiliated with.
Thanks to these automation systems we have designed, companies that want to receive TIR and ATA carnets can handle all their transactions using only these systems. The mentioned system works in integration with seven ministries in order to issue the necessary documents.
In this way, the workload of both the aforementioned institutions and companies engaged in international trade is greatly reduced, and at the same time, the margin of error is noticeably reduced.

ERP - Subscription Systems Solutions
The main automation of SANJET A.S., which is responsible for the geothermal heating of Afyonkarahisar Sandıklı region, was commissioned. Within the scope of the project, subscription transactions, pre-accounting and accounting integration, customer relationship management, legal module and many more modules were developed.
The ERP System (the main automation system that meets all the needs of the institution, including accounting) belonging to AFJET company, which provides the heating of Afyonkarahisar province, was developed by our company and its infrastructure is still managed by our company.
