What kind of service do we provide as a call center to chambers of commerce?

As Albinasoft A.S., we are the only Chambers of Commerce Communications Centre company in Turkey. We are actively serving a number of trade chambers, including the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, the İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Adana, Gaziantep, Antalya, Adana Chamber of Commerces, Mersin Chamber of Commerce and Industries.

Although the Call Center service may appear as a simple phone service from the outside; As Albinasoft, we provide a higher level of service than this.

When the Chamber of Commerce is mentioned, the first impression has always been the Trade Registry Office. In order to provide service to the Trade Registry Office over the phone, a serious knowledge of legislation is required. Since our call center is aware of this situation, we provide service with expert trainers, experienced operators who are familiar with call center rules, national and international trade laws.


Services Provided by Our Company to the Chamber of Commerce Directorates


Call Center Services Given to Trade Registry Offices;

• Answering any questions that may arise regarding all change procedures, particularly establishment procedures, of all types of companies registered by the Trade Registry Office.

• Giving information about the documents given by the Trade Registry Office and how to apply for these documents.

• Our operators respond to every question regarding the Trade Registry, in line with the information they receive from the training provided. A record is created from our call center on behalf of the callers regarding the issues that we do not know the answer to, and after receiving the correct answer from the Trade Registry, our operator returns the caller to the correct answer. In this way, both the Chamber of Commerce is prevented from wasting time on the phone and the relevant member is not required to make two calls to obtain information.

• Since our Call Center records every call it receives, Trade Registry officials will be able to control the necessary correct information flow by both examining and listening to the records.

Call Center Services Given to Chamber of Commerce Registry Offices;

• In case the Chamber Registry Member Inquiry Program is installed on the computer system used by our operators, the activity status, address and contact information of the companies they want to get information from can be shared with the callers without searching the chamber of commerce registry.

• If requested by the chamber registry offices, our call center can call the members and update their information on this screen.

Call Center Services Given to Accounting Departments;

• Our call center, which works for the accounting departments, is able to notify members of their dues debts via telephone and at the same time, sends their debt statements to the members by e-mail.

• Our Call Center provides debt reminders by making external calls to members who owe dues forwarded by the chamber. At the same time, our company can send dues reminder messages to members upon request from the rooms.

• In case the chamber shares the dues account information with the call center, it can help the calling members to pay their dues by forwarding the required account numbers.

Call Center Services for Meetings and Organizations;

• Our Call Center can create RSVP lists for all organizations to be held by your institution, by making an external call, if the guest list is shared.

• If the number of the call center is shared in order to make RSVP returns to the invitation in your meetings and similar invitations, the participant list will be prepared by us free of charge.

Extra Call Center Services;

• If all incoming calls to your institution are forwarded to us, our call center can perform internal phone forwarding.

• Upon the request of the Chambers of Commerce, our Call Center can conduct member satisfaction surveys to a certain professional committee group and to all members.

• Thanks to many licensed software developed by the experienced R&D unit of our company, various CRM systems and website creation processes can be carried out by our company upon your room's request.
